Terms & Conditions for HSBC Complimentary RM50 Harvey Norman Voucher Redemption.

1. The redemption of the complimentary RM50 Harvey Norman voucher is on a first come first served basis, while stocks last.
2. Only customers who have met the minimum spend of RM1500 in a single receipt via HSBC Card Instalment Plan are qualified for the complimentary RM50 Harvey Norman voucher redemption.
3. The complimentary vouchers will only be given out during the promotion period from 3rd to 30th Oct 2015. The voucher is only valid for 6 months from the date issued. 
4. Harvey Norman will not be liable for any vouchers lost, stolen, defaced or fraudulently presented.
5. The complimentary Harvey Norman voucher is not exchangeable for cash and subject to availability. 
6. Harvey Norman reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics and conditions without any prior notice.
7. In case of any product refund or return, the complimentary vouchers need to be returned in full.
8. Harvey Norman is only a retailer and not an agent to HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad, its subsidiaries or affiliates. Harvey Norman shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damages suffered from use of any of the vouchers above.
9. The promotion is available at all Harvey Norman Malaysia stores.
