TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This promotion is valid with the purchase of any Snapdragon-powered laptop in a single transaction at any Harvey Norman physical store in Malaysia between 24 April 2025 and 12 May 2025. Online purchases are not eligible.
- Each valid transaction receipt is eligible for one (1) entry only.
- Multiple entries per individual are permitted with valid transaction receipts respectively; however, each individual is eligible to win only one (1) ticket, as determined by NRIC number, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
- To participate, customers must scan the QR code, complete the entry form, and provide accurate and complete information required. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable for credit, cash or kind.
- Prizes may be transferred to another individual, provided the prize claimer submits an acknowledgement letter along with supporting documents (e.g., copies of both parties' NRIC or passport) for verification by Harvey Norman or its appointed representative.
- Employees of Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate.
- In the event of refund of original purchase, all winnings from the campaign cannot be claimed and/or must be returned at the point of refund.
- Winners will be announced via Harvey Norman's official Facebook page by 13 May 2025.
- Winners will be contacted by Harvey Norman or its appointed representatives using the contact number provided during registration. The prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected if:
- The winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts
- The winner declines the prize upon contact
- Winners must respond and confirm prize acceptance by 18 May 2025, failing which the prize will be forfeited.
- Harvey Norman reserves the right to amend the prize itinerary or details if necessary. Any images or visuals of the prize used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and may not accurately reflect the final experience.
- All costs and expenses not explicitly stated as part of the prize—including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses—are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Harvey Norman reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, the campaign mechanics, or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
