  • The “30 days trial” gives you the opportunity to test the mattress at home after purchase for 30 nights, starting on the day of delivery or receipt of your new mattress.
  • The original mattress must be kept in perfect condition so we insist on the use of a mattress protector to cover the surface of the mattress.
  • We reserve the right to invalidate the ‘’30 days trial’ if a mattress protector has not been used or the product is stained or soiled, however minor the mark might be.
  • Within the trial period, you can contact us to arrange for collection and exchange if you are not entirely happy with the mattress within the trial period. Your mattress will be collected by our appointed delivery contractor and assessed by our QC team upon receipt of your mattress.
  • Collection and re-delivery charges of RM330 are applicable for delivery within Klang Valley/ Penang Island. For customers outside of the Klang Valley/ Penang Island, you may want to either arrange for your own logistics to return the mattress to us or to have us collect the mattress from you. If you need us to collect the mattress, there will be collection and re-delivery charges, the rates will be quoted by our appointed delivery contractor.
  • We reserved the right to invalidate the 30 days trial for anyone associated with any mattress manufacturer/ retailer.
  • 30 days trial is strictly limited to one exchange only. The replacement mattress has to be the same or higher value brand/model. If the exchange product value is lower, the price difference will not be refunded. The price difference for higher value product (if applicable) and/or the re-delivery and collection charges have to be fully paid and settled BEFORE the exchange can be executed.
  • The Happy Sleep 30 days trial is not applicable for Sealy, Serta and Tempur mattresses.
