We strive to make our services flexible and convenient for each customer.
The FREE pick-up in-store option allows you to order online and pick up your purchase at a Harvey Norman location of your choice. This means you can get your item(s) sooner and without the costs of delivery. Should you choose the pick-up in-store option, the process is seamlessly integrated into the checkout process.
Follow the steps below to Click and Collect
Step 1
Once the product(s) has been added to the cart, go to Your Cart and select the 'Free pick up in-store' button.
Step 2
Click on 'Select store' and enter either the postcode or suburb most convenient for your pickup and click 'Find Stores'.
Step 3
Select the store that is most convenient for you. If they don't have stock they'll order it in for you (some exclusions apply).
Step 4
After your order has been made you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Step 5
Once the designated store has confirmed your order you will receive an email notifying you that your purchase is 'Ready for collection'.
Step 6
Go to the store with your order number, NIRC and the credit card (if applicable) used for the order. Proceed to the Click and Collect counter and our staff will assist you.
