Job Title : Admin Assistant

SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To help maintain an efficient office environment by providing administrative support
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with respective Store Managers for the customer’s order including issuing of sales order, stock’s transferring, ordering and delivery.
- Liaise with buyer for product replenishment.
- Submit the weekly customer’s order and discount for each sales order to Finance Department.
- Update serial number of each product, generate customer’s invoices, and compiling delivery orders.
- Compile weekly credit note, tax invoice, statement of account, delivery order and email to vendor for payment request.
- Monitor payment from vendor.
- Perform customer services duties; attending and replying to the inquiry, follow up for customer’s warranty claims and etc.
- To carry out other duties as and whenever required by immediate superior.
